About Liverpool Asbestos
Liverpool Asbestos Removal helps property owners in Liverpool and Merseyside get an independent asbestos survey booked quickly, and, if the survey finds something that has to be removed, get quotes from licensed contractors.
How we work
We are a referral service, not a surveying or removal company. When you send an enquiry, we pass it to an independent partner surveyor in your area, who agrees the survey type, date and price with you directly. The report is written by the surveyor and belongs to you.
We do not name the surveyor on this website, and we do not make claims about accreditations, licences or insurance on their behalf. Ask any surveyor or contractor you deal with to show you their evidence before you instruct them. That is sound advice whoever you hire.
Survey first
Our approach is deliberately survey-first. A survey costs less than removal and tells you whether removal is needed at all. If it is, we can introduce you to licensed removal contractors who cover your area. You are never obliged to use them and you are free to take your survey report to anyone.
What we do not do
We do not give legal advice and we do not diagnose materials from photographs. The information on this site is general guidance for England, based on the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012 and HSE guidance, and is not a substitute for advice on your own building.
Not sure what you need? Start with a survey.
Tell us about the building and an independent surveyor will get back to you. No obligation.
